Hi I’m Claire a Reiki Master Practitioner.I started practicing Reiki and sound mediation many years ago. These practices are an amazing tool that have helped me navigate stress and find balance and calm from the busyness of city life. When we find something that helps us find balance and healing, even in the most challenging of times, then the most natural act is to try and help others feel the same to make a positive change in their lives. In 2021 following the pandemic, I felt an impossibly strong calling to follow this path as my career, and I left my full time design job to complete my training. I began my Reiki training level 1 (Shoden) in 2020, Level 2 (Okuden) in 2021 and completed my Reiki master level 3 (Shinpiden) in 2022, alongside my Quantum Alchemy Crystal bowl mediative sound healing training.
My goal is to work with others in the community to help them recognise and come to terms with any imbalances they may be experiencing through the system and science of Reiki and Sound. Thus, offering two practices individually or together that have a profound ability to facilitate wellbeing, rejuvenation & healing.
